At Neptune Mountaineering, we want you to be fully equipped for your next expedition, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel and gear in original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, technical climbing equipment such as ropes and harnesses cannot be returned once they have left our store.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the items you wish to send back to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the product is in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
